Held in Singapore, this series of workshops are designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of what they do with the body and enjoy learning the “what,” “why,” and “how” beyond the scope of a regular studio class. They are suited for teachers interested in gaining new perspectives and knowledge, as well as practitioners in pursuit of a more in-depth understanding and curious about how to care for their body in yoga.
Each workshop features demonstrations, a lecture, a discussion/Q&A segment, guided practice, and may include skills exercises. Participants will also receive workshop notes.
