This two-hour masterclass will focus on creating a more balanced, sustainable vinyasa yoga practice. We move with the breath from asana to asana, explore and understand the pose, and acknowledge the sensations of the body. Regions of the body that are typically vulnerable in vinyasa yoga, including the hamstrings, sacro-iliac region, shoulders and neck, will take centre-stage but the practice will offer techniques on creating balance in strength and flexibility throughout the body. We'll flow in a way that's more engaged, attentive and integrated in our asanas.
