This 25-hour module provides you with the confidence to offer a practice that befriends the body and explores the edge compassionately. We examine common yoga postures and transitions and consider how we can develop a practice that works with the body. Featured topics include ways to balance strength and flexibility, decrease repetitive stress issues, and integrate body parts safely in a variety of yoga poses. This module offers an increased understanding of the architecture of yoga postures. It empowers you to look beyond alignment as an absolute and to continually ask “why.”
